BUSINESS SHARES WITHIN OTHER COMPANIES

By the end of the year 2007, GKR HOLDING s.r.o. became a 25 % owner of business share in private medical institution VITA s.r.o., Municipal Hospital Duchcov, which provides specialized treatment for town citizens as well as patients from surrounding towns. The hospital consists of surgical ward, medical ward and a ward of further medical treatment (FMT).

GKR HOLDING s.r.o.in cooperation with MEDICAL NETWORK a.s., which is a holding company of managers with long-term experience in Czech Health Service, whose aim is to become an important outpatient treatment provider, to create a network of basic diagnostics centers and create specialized prevention, diagnostics and therapeutic centers in accordance with Czech health politics, founded a subsidiary company RADWORK a.s. which will further develop its activity in the field of health service.

Since April 2008 GKR HOLDING a.s. has become a 34 % owner of a business share in company NORDMEDICAL s.r.o. which is a holding of several companies providing health care.
